有一個法律相關問題想請教您。請問您與前台北市立委吳淑珍女士，在1996年時是否都在紐約市？而且對依娃‧愛弗麗中士(Sgt. Eva Ivory)台北死亡案作證？我記得當時向紐約市的聯邦調查庭提出的所稱的「合法文件」的證詞支持證物，在聽證過程中聯邦法庭或聯合國人權小組告知我以前有一份「法律上讓予人身權益(即奴隸身份約定)的文件」，是否前台北市吳立委1996年出示的那份文件的正本是馬英九先生您所持有的？

馬英九總統 2月18日，台中監獄附設培德醫院拒收前總統夫人吳淑珍女士。在我的臉書上，很多網友關心這個問題。陳前總統水扁夫婦涉嫌貪污，一部分案件在審理，一部分已定讞。陳前總統濫權貪污，我和大家一樣憤怒；正因為憤怒，我更要依法行政，不可濫權。我國憲法採權力分立，總統不能干涉司法，這是最重要的憲政原則。過去，陳前總統在審理中被判無罪時，就有人罵我無能；而當法院判決陳前總統有罪，又有人罵我干涉司法。不管怎麼被罵，我不能干涉司法個案就是不能干涉，這不僅是我堅持的從政理念，也是我對民主憲政的莊嚴承諾。吳女士被培德監獄拒收，是因為權責機關依據法律並根據醫療專業認為不適宜收監。我如果伸手干預，才是違背身為總統當有的分際。最後，我雖不能干涉司法個案，但通案性的司⋯⋯法改革我一定會推動，讓司法更公正、效率更提升、更能符合民眾的期待。此外，我會繼續堅持從正己做起，嚴格整飭政風，如果有政府官員涉及貪腐，依法嚴懲、絕不寬貸。《民調http://goo.gl/FY5xp》

The Paris Mayor Mr Nicolas Sarkozy on Aug 2, 1996 was at Baruch College, New York City, when the New York Senator Mr Charles Schumer after First Lady Mrs Hillary Clinton your school opening day speech to us, coming near me and holding my hands to ask for some unaddressed questions (probably of Sgt. Eva Ivory)happened a year before at Taipei City. The Paris Mayor Mr Nicolas Sarkozy was beside Senator Mr Charles, introducing his young son to me of the freshman of the Baruch college when the Texas governor Mr Bush Jr. came by in a rush. I did not talk too much with the good old man Mr Senator Charles when Texas Governor Mr Bush Jr. seemed to babble to himself and rushed down the school hall.
As far as I know, Mr Nicolas Sarkozy, the incumbent President of France and the former Paris Mayor, his wife seemed to be under some medical gross negligence to die at hospital, and the timing was after August 15, 1994 a female Canadian lieutenant officer died at National Central Library before she had contributed her heart to a Japanese receiver who beat it because of suspecting that was a murder case. But it was also said that Mr Sarkozy's wife died after my grandmother Mrs Tight(Me) Wang Chang died with sort of that medical gross negligence at Taipei City on August 9, 1996. I was hinted by the federal government officer, probably the White House to seek asylum in New York City with my student F1-Visa of City University of New York.

瑞典皇家科學研究院諾貝爾獎化學桂冠學者暨中研院院士李遠哲先生主導的教育改革，大約是從1998年開始至2008稱為教改十年，主要行動包括在教改十年後期的大學甄試入學的推行，原先規劃的其中一個原因就是針對這些民間讀書機器公司的囂張氣燄，在政治普選推動後造成政府施政上的不少麻煩做處理的；在2005年至2007年之間的某一天的訊息，是在國家圖書館之外國民黨黨部前於外交部與中正紀念堂之間貴陽街上的紅綠燈路口，以聯合國某組織的名義對受虐兒案與紐約市大商研所遭政治騷擾強制輟學生發佈傳遞的，告知內容是台北市民進黨包括前資深台北市議員與立法委員謝長廷先生都是能量讀書機器相關的利益團體，據悉台灣大學法律系校友謝長廷先生，當年是以台北市的「功文式數學」名義進行會員招募的，在當年我12歲時聽說當時的蔣故總統經國先生，想要以台灣自己的團體組織與小布希先生與陳菊的美商公司進行打對台，所以並未公開具名但是以其擁有的國家資源支持「功文式數學」，也就是能量讀書機器公司的另外一種形式。換言之，民進黨的台北市議員謝長廷先生與其擁有參與的功文式數學是蔣經國先生表態支持的台灣團體。前台北市議員謝長廷先生所支持的「功文式數學」能量機器輔助會員組織，與高雄市陳菊女士對日本機器會員佣金收費組織，分紅入股的幹部，自1998年李遠哲先生教育改革十年初期，甚至有到學校對老師要求小考題目要統一，以方便其能量機器公司會員招募的小朋友提升成績，頤指氣使，利益團體的真面目可見一斑。
日本東京大學法律碩士校友的謝長廷先生與我個人之間的相關細節，還包括我在小學就讀期間，我母親幫我訂閱兒童報紙國語日報，當時謝長廷台北市議員的選區，他的台北市選區的某個選民在選舉期聆聽謝長廷先生的政見發表後深受感動，因而決定替日本東京大學法律系校友的市議員做一點事，以其能力自行在兒童報紙國語日報刊登了自己的文章，並自行跑到台北縣找謝長廷先生當時可能提及的蔣經國先生的「天子門生」，找到台北縣海山國中的張朝凱小朋友在學校的作文簿，將其作文簿中當週從國語日報引用他的大作內容，複印了一份拿到台北市的某警察分局報案並做成警事記錄(從這件事情之後，海山國中的學生作文簿與週記，每週都要拿到教務處蓋學務章)。這就是先後出任總統的陳水扁先生與馬英九先生爭執的，所謂「人事二處秘密檔案」在台北市警察局的其中的一份；據了解該警局應該是台北市信義分局，而該謝長廷市議員的熱心選民可能叫做何容先生，蔣經國先生在得知台北市信義分局的報案「人事二處檔案」內容之後，據評論家所稱「不但沒有生氣，反而聘請其擔任國語日報社長」。這件事給我們一個教訓，在台灣我母親當年在父親月薪3000元，每個月花費300元新台幣訂閱的報紙，被縣長林豐正先生的親友批評教育昂貴化與菁英化，並進行批評抵制甚至上法院將我的名字留存記錄(我的嬸嬸劉敏惠對堂弟張家麟提告匿名冒用，有從法院獲得人道補償金總額10萬元之部份1萬8千元)，這份駐美公使胡適創辦的兒童報紙國語日報，我從10歲到14歲在訂閱第四年之時竟然會以有資格升任社長的報社往來作者與編輯，出賣4年的長期訂戶小朋友，留存台北市警局(信義分局)的記錄，甚至連被報案留底的小朋友張朝凱本人從小到大學畢業都沒有通知，是一種把顧客的權益放在不重要的位置的經營者心態。在這件事情之後，我母親將家中訂閱國語日報的名字改成我國中二年級的妹妹張美琦為訂戶，從這件事之後我就不看這份報紙了(從10歲到14歲用我的名字訂閱大約5年)，這份報紙後來以我妹妹的名字另行訂閱至其就讀中山女高考上逢甲大學之前停止訂閱。

關於上個月的司法信箱文件提到的10歲兒童「賣身契」非法文件內容，因1994年8月14日美國依娃‧愛弗麗中士在台北死亡案與1996年紐約市立大學巴魯克商學研究所(CUNY Baruch Graduate School)學生張朝凱重度能量騷擾與強制輟學案，在紐約市疑似聯合國人權小組審查官員所提及的一張1981年兒童奴隸身份約定「賣身契」文件的其他關聯線索資料，包括台灣當地數十年的私人利益團體能量讀書輔助機器的組織與運作的說明，敘述如下：
現任高雄市長陳菊女士在1994年台北軍火採購與演習期，於公開場合(以吳淑珍前立委助理身份並未提及姓名，但並非屬於匿名討論者)提及其國防津貼請領身份，以及當時其惱怒的爭執對話用語「我並非迫切需要金錢，所以才簽約領取國防津貼」，是與擔任了六年立法委員的吳淑珍女士抱怨其立法委員助理津貼名額在當時給予其他人，造成其收入短少；另外提及其於1970年代與當時小布希州長先生(在1994年台北連線討論過程中未出示身份，但當時國民黨青年工作會馬英九博士有提到未具名美國官員，其美國情報工作相關幹員與中美斷交期間之過往情結，也許算匿名討論但身份可知者)，小布希先生在1970年代任職台灣之美商讀書機器公司公關經理，現任高雄市長陳菊女士當時大學剛畢業為該美商公司雇員與小布希先生同事身份，在訊息中告知其在台灣地區參與連線討論的目的之一，就是當年美商能量機器公司輔導的學齡小朋友在多年後上大學後相關的法律問題關心與了解，小布希先生在1994年說明是對這些顧客小朋友負責任(但是在法律上沒有責任)的一種行為，陳菊女士在1994年對談中還提到這樣的用語「我並非只有對(當年美商公司售出予連方瑀及吳淑珍)這舊機器招募會員收費，我還有對台南地區學齡小朋友代收日本新型讀書機器俱樂部的會員會，並抽取佣金，所以在自己的生活費上相當寬裕。」
在2004年小布希先生競選連任美國第43屆總統並當選連任，當時相關消息包括總統競選公開辯論有在紐約時報發佈新聞，在同時期日本有些與美國來往較密切公司曾公開表示支持民主黨或其他總統候選人，並有小布希先生身為美國第41屆前老布希總統與中情局副局長的兒子或幹員身份，會影響他們在日本的生意，在當時有類似這樣的訊息「小布希先生從2000年當總統的這幾年來，這些公司在日本會不賺錢甚至相繼倒閉。」現任高雄市長陳菊女士在1994年代收的會員佣金費用，據悉就是來自於上述的這些公司；但是從側面消息了解，在2004年之前於高雄地區有一名台灣民眾也是長期繳交會員費用者，在長春藤聯盟的某大學可能為哈佛校友順利取得學位，但是因為其在美國唸書期間有做心理諮商輔導，在返回台灣高雄地區後因此自行到台灣某精神科診所繼續門診，遭受所謂「精神狀態鑑定」的能量重度騷擾，在與讀書機器公司收費利益團體相關的權威人士詢問下，高雄地區的能量機器操作主管人員回答其於台灣地區的精神科診所有診療記錄「因為其為神經病，本來就會被能量騷擾」。聽說當時的美國第43屆總統小布希先生的聯邦政府主管人員有派人到台灣與日本查訪這件事，這件事的結果是相關的日本公司全數倒閉，並以2004年美國總統連任選舉辯論中，所通知的不歡迎小布希先生連任美國總統的理由做藉口；陳菊女士在1995年國防津貼約滿又另行簽約，聽說在1996年夏天有從台北觀察紐約市的台灣學生起居生活，並忿懣的抱怨政治大學畢業的她也想到美國去留學，還有抱怨說「這(彰化基地)憲兵特勤隊的兵應該是張朝凱做的，現在變成我留守台灣當兵，他卻跑到紐約市逍遙到處亂逛還去世貿雙子星大樓與第五大道帝國大廈玩！」陳菊女士在2004年出掌勞委會之前，也就是上述的日本公司相繼倒閉之後的時間點，再度也就是在1994年之後第二次對會員收費相關情形造成其收入短少進行抱怨；聽說在勞委會主委身份可以讓她瞭解台灣的基本工資是剛調整的1萬8千元新台幣，而她的國防津貼從1970年政治大學畢業前簽約之後，在2001年與國安局張麗娟、台北地方法院陳淑麗檢察官(or, FBI contract)同時共同簽立高薪美國中情局幹員約之前，一直都是按月津貼新台幣4萬元，還另外有領了4年的按月津貼新台幣2萬元的吳淑珍立委助理津貼。
關於1996年紐約市立大學商研所研究生張朝凱，也就是我本人遭受到政治與能量重度騷擾的強制輟學案，關係到一名在台北的波多黎各裔台籍孤兒，在1994年為政戰學校中尉軍官，在美籍依娃‧愛弗麗中士1994年8月14日死亡之後，自稱為愛弗麗中尉，同時模仿依娃‧愛弗麗中士生前行為與我進行交談，並告知旁人張(朝凱)少尉一定會喜歡她。根據研判，這名台籍孤兒愛弗麗中尉並非1994年在美國紐約地區軍營冒用其姐身份查訪在台簽約死亡的依娃‧愛弗麗中士的親妹妹，一名在中國大陸地區服役的中情局簽約中尉女軍官。上述的這名波多黎各裔台籍孤兒，在1996年8月左右，從台北國安局所屬機房，對美國紐約地區進行觀測。大約在1996年8月4日左右，我持紐約市立大學巴魯克商學研究所(CUNY Baruch Business Graduate School)學生簽證(Student F1 Visa)，在第五大道某商店購買IBM筆記型電腦時，該台北國安局機房軍事小組組員過於忘情興奮，竟然對紐約市地第五大道商店區進行廣播交談聊天，遭當地署名為美國紐約市反情報中心(類似英國MI5之組織)軍事人員制止時，該波多黎各裔孤兒愛弗麗中尉在同僚鼓勵下，對紐約市所屬反情報中心人員自稱為台灣的美國軍官，該紐約市的聯邦政府軍事人員查閱愛弗麗中尉資料後，線上駁斥孤兒愛弗麗中尉並非美國籍軍官，而是台籍的孤兒，據悉當天台北國安局機房因此處死了一名軍官；在前一個月7月赴美國華盛頓找白宮助理溝通誤簽中情局幹員約碰了一鼻子灰的陳水扁台北市長，推測在隔天8月5日返回台北述職，並以前國防立委身份立即下令對國安局前日因駭(客)入紐約國防系統遭處死人員進行報復，間接或直接造成8月9日我祖母張王密女士在現任高雄市長與前國防津貼雇員陳菊女士當日蒞院秘密觀察下，於台北榮總加護病房因蓄意醫療疏失致死。
另外在上個月寄往司法信箱文件100/01/04 @ 12:14 「民事賠償案之學業與生活騷擾部份(2006送達台北地院劉亭柏附件)」提到現任高雄市長陳菊女士在1987年，將台北縣板橋市民眾張美玲騷擾輟學案的詳細說明，騷擾者的國防津貼身份是在去年2010年於國家圖書館撰寫法律文件長達5年之後，才以姓名全名確認到的侵權者身份；還有在我2008年左右寄往美國聯邦政府的文件有提到外籍顧問(日籍或美籍)對台北的長官，包括較低階的官員我的表姊夫台北縣警局戴耀聰副局長，說明張美玲為什麼要吃藥的「(軍事方法)作證」行為，大致上是要複製(replicate)舍妹張美玲自1987年至1995年的條件在即將退伍的義務服役少尉憲兵官張朝凱我的身上，判斷該日籍或美籍顧問並未了解到該談論內容有清楚的通知到在板橋隊服役的我；當時在1994年為匿名交談的德州州長小布希先生，曾經在1987年時因哈佛同窗校友馬英九先生要提告該美商公司，被擢升為美商公司的公關經理，也是任職出納員陳菊的同事；當時的陳菊女士曾對蔣宋美齡擔任校長的再興中學做在台北市公職選舉的助選喊話，告知「永遠的蔣夫人」是屬於像高雄眷村出身的陳菊小姐這樣的「外省人」的，而不是嘉義出生的「台灣人」張美玲的，當時小布希先生擔任公關經理的美商公司內，某名美籍人士建議握有能量機器操作特權的陳菊小姐，直接將剛入學再興高中的一年級女生張美玲騷擾輟學，「那這個15歲的台灣小女生就會失去外省人蔣宋美齡校長的師生關係，蔣夫人就會永遠屬於外省人的！」同樣的事在1996年8月左右的紐約市，當時從台北市來的政府的相關人員，包括前憲兵中將司令曹文生先生與前交通大學校長阮大年先生，與30餘名明星大學畢業的「大專預官逃兵」跟著我一起跑到紐約市對美軍「歃血為盟誓約」的長官告洋狀，當時還有前述1995年的外籍顧問卡迪那公關公司之類付費詢問之類的建議，複製(replicate)張美玲的醫事管制歷程在其兄長張朝凱少尉身上，以方便台北政治長官與眷屬參考，所以在1996年8月當時，也有與1987年對陳菊國防津貼人員相同的騷擾學生輟學的建議：「這張朝凱家中開的德製歐寶汽車(OPEL, 價格約80萬新台幣)，跳級升等這麼多就到這麼高級的紐約市留學...」「...你們把他弄輟學回台北，他一定沒有能力再返回紐約市繼續他的留美碩士學業，他的美國夢就破滅了，美國的關係就會再度屬於你們的了！」當時小布希州長先生曾訊息告知其滯留新英格蘭十三州與華府接受聯邦政府調查，並充任曾給予政治獻金的連勝文先生的長春藤哥倫比亞大學匿名指導員(小布希先生在1996年有對哥大的道德倫理審查小組擔保連勝文1994年台北的幫派言論之異議審查)，至於對曾任陳菊女士之美商公司同事身份，對張朝凱少尉家中兩名求學年齡家屬做出騷擾輟學建議者的身份，我並不清楚在2000年擔任8年美國第43屆總統的小布希先生會不會知情。

That was a photo gallery show in Taipei City decades ago.
Her picture in nun's costume was displayed with another picture of a nursing baby by its aunt.
There were many Taiwanese came to the photo gallery at Taipei City.
Finally her President in USA came to that photo gallery at Taipei, too.
But it was said that they did not preserve any negative of that picture.
That was where the USA President knew this young girl.
Later, she had a singing performance in the White House alike occasion.
It was said that the USA President saw the young lady again.
I was thinking that was what Mr Officer in his autobiography book was trying to reveal,
but I was not sure.

I have met Mr Bill Clinton, the former Arkansas governor as he told me, in 1990 when I was in my sophomore year in National Chiao Tung University(NCTU) in Hsinchu city at Taiwan. He gave me a name card, "Home Delivery, Robert Clinton" in a Chinese food restaurant. Recently I have sent an email document to local Justice Yuan for the related affairs with this meeting in 1990. Later that day when we met, there was a Video type message notifying me in my domitory that he was boarding in a local inn alone, near the Hsinchu city railway station. But I was an audio type, did not pay attention to that icon message. This icon message was reviewed in 1994 when I graduated from the NCTU and served the obligated military reserve officer service.
The document sent to the Justice Yuan was translated to English, attached in the following.

Title： A Miscarriage of Justice Case of Hsinchu City in 1990 Mentioned by The Former USA President Mr Bill Clinton
Content： Dear Justice Yuan Chief Justice Mr Hao-Ming Rai:
Six years, from 2005 through 2011 I have been stayed at this National Central Library which located at Taipei City, #20 Chungshang South Road, handling the energy harassment case mentioned by the USA dead sergeant Ms Eva Ivory in the summer end of 1994, which case also led to a Canadian second lieutenant officer committing suicide at the restroom of this same library on the next day of the death of Ms Eva Ivory, saying that she was to redeem the faults of military harassing the citizens who came into the library from June through August of 1994, which military action lasted for four more months until October of the year. The documents which I sent to Judicial Yuan by email and by postal service, addressed to the former Judicial Yuan Chief Mr Ying-chao Rai, the former Judicial Yuan Chief Mr Yee-sheng Wong, and the former Ministry of Justice Minister Mr Shih Mao-lin, the only several replies including a document with Ministry seal and an online email from Minister Mr Shih Mao-lin, which was with a reference on-line to the Judicial Yuan internet web page, saying that the government was under an action called "Judicial Reform" at the moment when Judicial Yuan Mr Yee-sheng Wong served as the Chief Justice. About this "Judicial Reform" of a reply and sort of an official explanation from local justice institute several years ago to my legal complaints of civil rights case concerned with the energy harassment, I would like to provide another miscarriage of justice case to Judicial Yuan Chief Justice Mr Hao-Ming Rai, which case happened in 1990 Hsinchu city when I was in my sophomore year as the student of the National Chiao Tung University(NCTU). It happened in a restaurant across the street of the National Hsing Hua University(NTHU) when I had lunch with the former Arkansas Governor Mr Bill Clinton. The female keeper of that restaurant and who also served as the chef seemed to press the alarm bell to inform the police station during we were having lunch, and was seized by an investigation officer of Ministry of Justice when we were still in that restaurant. The female chef was forced to leave her restaurant by the plain clothes investigation police officer with a reason of identity theft with illegal immigrant status to work in the country, detained for a month or so to exceed the deadline to pay a sum of money in bail for herself and thereafter to be sentenced to be jailed for more than one year in the prison after serving the former Arkansas governor Mr Bill Clinton. She was told by the police station which detained her to pay for her bail in a sum money in ten more thousands of New Taiwan dollars, but she told the detaining police officer that she was Taiwanese citizen not an illegal immigrant and did not violate the law, besides she did not want to inform her family members because she seemed to be participating for some military action outside the NTHU university campus at the moment. She told the police station in Hsinchu city which jailed her that she pushed the alarm bell simply was her responsibility to guard the students around the campus of NTHU(and NCTU). The duty to keep the safety of students in nearby university campuses seemed to be her most important responsibility there to manage a restaurant. The former USA President Bill Clinton in 1994 on the formal occasion mentioned this miscarriage of justice case happened in Hsinchu city of 1990 without directly addressing his official identity, the timing was just before the former USA First Lady Mrs Hillary Clinton leading the congress members to visit Taipei City for a military weapon purchase show, and also assisting the training of military reserve officers in August 1994. As the question to the authenticity of the identity of former Arkansas Governor Mr Bill Clinton who I met in the restaurant in 1990, he gave me a business name card which was read as "Home Delivery, Mr Robert Clinton". When in my junior year in NCTU, I transferred to the new Kuan-Fu Campus from the old dormitory in the Bo-Ai Campus, the former dormitory of National Integrated Circuit Semiconductor Training Institute which ever trained many of the management in Hsinchu IC industry companies sponsored by the late President Mr Chiang Jing-kuo. I left that name card "Home Delivery, Robert Clinton" of the former Arkansas governor Mr Bill Clinton in that old campus of NCTU. In 1992 Mr Bill Clinton had elected to be the 42nd USA President, around my new dormitory next to the Acer Company in the Hsinchu Science Park of NCTU alumnus Mr Shih Jen-Jung separated only by the NCTU campus back door, the interactive dialogue message only addressed as the USA Federal Government top officials with his wife, it was believed to be the message from the White House. In the message communicating with the budget reviewing former legislator Mrs Wu Shru-chen, Legislator Mr Chen Shui-bian and other officials from Taipei, Mr Bill Clinton only mentioned the name card left in the dormitory after the summer vacation but did not confirm his identity as former Arkansas governor and the incumbent USA president.
