歐巴馬總統的國情諮文...心得感想

歐巴馬總統的國情諮文(State of the Union address)
在美東時間1/27晚上9點鐘，也就是台北時間今天早上十點鐘，歐巴馬總統在國會山莊發表對經濟、減稅、工作法案等等議題相關之就職週年國情演說，State of the Union address，在白宮網際網路網頁上可以即時連線全程觀賞聆聽歐巴馬總統的就職週年國情諮文演說，並在演說後於白宮掛有美國國父肖像的華盛頓廳有問題與答覆時間，包括年輕的專員，介紹稱謂類似小布希總統CNN的白宮特派員John King那樣子的身份，與你談判協商切身的美國經濟議題，比較矮個子的男生看起來有點像尼克森輪廓的白宮實習生模樣，還有高個子像紐約市公立大學商學校友的討論會議組長和一個金髮妹妹與一個橄欖綠外套男生與說明暗示美伊戰事回美國的代表等等，輕鬆的與線上民眾談判包括商業購買、個人公關、個人法律諮商、個人經濟等等民眾切身生活議題，另外為白宮網頁部落格預先的提問做整理回答，主要回答重點談到新人房屋購買與銀行貸款議題。
歐巴馬總統的演講風格是美式平易近人的演說，以英國單親媽媽高中老師小說家，喬安‧蘿琳所著的哈利波特的主角之一，馬份做為主要可敬對手的雙關稱謂語，但書則是表明最好以類似英國或美國小說內容，若能運用統一規則比較方便理想，是歐巴馬總統就美國與其他國家商業對手競爭的招商忠誠度政治正確表態說明；我想舉例子來說，原先為美國華盛頓為名的萬寶路品牌香煙，雖然在1999年賣斷到瑞士了，應該就比瑞士總部或德國品牌的大衛杜夫香煙，就美國白宮招商政策的說明上，對政策接受度上比較容易通過而不被否決。另外從美西舊金山過境的哈佛本科法律校友馬英九先生，在歐巴馬先生的就職週年國情諮文演說中，我想算是在非正式文意(context)中，有稍微提到類似軍事採購的招商的符合美國利益經濟振興的對台灣問候語，另外前華盛頓州的華裔州長駱家輝先生也有入閣為商業部長，像是世界知名連鎖的星巴克咖啡等企業總部在華盛頓州的西雅圖市，微軟創辦人比爾蓋茲先生的家也在華盛頓州的西雅圖市。

He just said to her before August 1994 when Eva Ivory lying in her department bed at Taipei City, "You will be all right!" While Miss Eva Ivory just angrily replied, "I am not all right!"
信息,時間1994,內容: 在1994年美國依娃‧愛弗麗中士在台北被軍營退訓時，面對伴隨醫事管制的能量裝置騷擾的抱怨，一位美國聯邦政府高級長官從美國本土在線上出言安撫因能量裝置騷擾攻擊因而躁動不安的依娃中士。這個聯邦政府高級長官的身份終於在最近被標示出來了，推測身份為美國前總統理察‧尼克森先生，時間上是在依娃中士死亡後二個月於紐約市因心臟病發而去世。在1994年8月之前當依娃中士在台北市公寓躺在床上時，尼克森前總統先生安撫依娃中士說：「乖女孩，妳會很好很好的！﹝會安然度過難關的！﹞」美國的依娃小姐當時很生氣的回答他：「我一點都不好！」

Mr. George W. Bush was annoyed by my stupidness because the Taipei official just trying to make way to impute the death responsibility to me, a talkative but innocent second lieutenant military police officer who had only a humble background. Mr George W. Bush talked a lot to beat around this stuff and making clear that he had to stand by the side of the rich, cannot help me but explain as best as he could. And I know that was the best help which I could get at that moment, sir. Mr former Texas governor George W. Bush almost told me that Mr Chang, that is me, having no future at Taiwan, sir. One Chia-yi city countryman at the moment came to admit to Mr George W. Bush that such abuse of manipulation was totally conducted by him, a Mr Chang's senior country fellow leading crew, but emphasizing that the consisting country fellows did not lead a very good life. He had a disease something like cancer, and soon committed suicide. I wondered that the man was from military base, or even that one who died at the moment who was known to Chia-yi countryman as Hsu Shi-shiang, sir.
信息,時間1995,內容: 在依娃中士死後台北警事調查期間，競選德州州長連任失利的小布希先生，在農曆春節中國新年時來和在台北軍營服役的小朋友我們說話，當時我出言向他拜年問好，當時他很明顯被我的愚昧無知的言詞惹火了！長官先生們。因為當時可以很明顯的看出台北的政治官員與軍事長官們，正試圖把美國依娃中士﹝推測真正原因為自殺﹞的死亡責任賴在我的身上，當時喜歡與長官們說話但是為無辜的張少尉，只是在台北的出身較差沒有那麼顯赫的家世背景罷了！當時喬治小布希先生與我們說了很多話，在小樹叢邊拐彎抹角的打著說明他必須要站在有錢人那一邊才可以，他沒有辦法幫助我一個台北的一個小少尉，但是他願意盡力與我張少尉說明讓我瞭解當時我在台北面對依娃死亡案的環境狀況。我知道那是在那個節骨眼我所能得到的最大幫助了，長官先生們！前德州州長喬治‧布希先生幾乎是這樣對我張少尉說的：「張少尉你被台北的政治打壓，人生重要的機會遭剝奪，留在台灣不會有明天的！」當時一個自稱身份為嘉義的前輩出面向小布希先生承認，從張少尉小時候到長大唸大學，這些操縱的法律權益侵權損害的事情都是他所帶領的團隊做的，但是他強調這些團隊成員的生活並沒有民眾想像中那麼好，是因為他們比張少尉從小到大學畢業入伍服國民義務軍事勞役的生活還要差！大概是這樣的信息內容。這個嘉義前輩可能有癌症之類的疾病，聽說之後就自殺了。從對小布希先生的信息內容做身份辨識，這個對我做法律權益侵權損失做承擔者，推測身份可能為軍事單位的成員，或者甚至是在那個時間點死亡的許世賢，一位嘉義人都會知悉的名字，去問一下就會知道是誰了，長官們。

我的法官身份是按照中華民國法律上規定
1. 前言：
在1993開始年，考試院到國內各大學遴選了兩梯次義務役憲兵預備軍官，僅僅辦了兩屆43期與44期就停止，在第一屆43期100多名大專生，因台北政治政客權力傾軋，與美國籍依娃政戰中士1994死亡案影響(當時國家安全會議形同軍管國會)，1993年7月100多名進入憲兵學校受訓僅數月提前離營，而後未實質下部隊服國民義務兵役者，多達80餘名：有參加留學托福補習者、有重考升學國內研究所者、有放棄憲兵預官資格而進入大學畢業前已考取之大學研究所者，另外還有少數因台北政爭國防預算與勤務縮編調度原因，在憲兵隊軍營與民進黨軍事開門活動混居，形同懇親團親友人員觀摩者，在1995年退伍將屆法律上事實逃兵者多達80餘人，因依娃中士於台北醫學院精神科醫事醜聞死亡案遭美國前德州州長小布希先生批評後，康乃爾大學博士前總統李先生與台灣大學法學院校友代演習指揮官陳水扁先生，召開憲兵43期預官提前離營座談，趕在1995年春季班前放這些逃兵出國，前往英國、美國等註冊就讀國外研究所。在下當時遭長官指使與會同基地軍醫強制注射，並未參與該離營座談而疑似未被記錄在營之構成要件者。所有100多名憲兵學校43期預官皆有拿到李登輝總統、連戰行政院長、蔣仲齡部長名義發給的國防部退伍令，在法律上可以視同偽造文書，也失法律公平正當性，當時小布希先生在1995年農曆中國新年哀悼依娃中士之外，另外也有出言諷刺該案欺負社會地位低的張少尉排長﹝當時我已經佔缺中校憲兵官職務﹞。
2. 民眾選任法官人數：
我的意思是說，兩屆國民義務服役者，扣除實質逃兵者，頂多就44期100人再加上43期10餘名而已，在人數上並不會太多。另外能進入憲兵隊擔任領導指揮幹部者，大約不到一半的人數，其他軍營部隊服役者與法律勤務無關，並不會像台北政客聲稱的對司法院主要的大學法學院畢業生的司法體系生態構成司法體制上威脅，因而據此自1995年在下退伍日開始，要求為國家司法制度之長治久安為由，背負自己的原罪十字架，是故對台灣當地原生的公民與法律權教育，不啻是高等教育史上最大的侮辱。
3. 法源：
我的法官身份的法律來源：在1993年的法律條文包括中華民國憲法81條之法官的保障條文與當時的憲兵隊勤務令以及聯合警衛規定；在與中華民國刑事訴訟法審判章節，關於協助司法院檢察官偵查的軍司法警察官法律敘述，並沒有邏輯與法律條文違反情事者，是因為就法官法定的身份來源，該項法律來源是中華民國考試院做資格核定的。在1998年左右當時台灣大學法律系校友，就任市長後請假前往美國紐約與華盛頓特區處理事務返國，新到任的台北市民選長官陳水扁先生，曾託其立法委員時的國會助理，挾帶其修改的軍刑法條文，到國會之民進黨國防立委小組，在立法院內僅僅拍照存證，當時並沒有經過國會審查過程，但是當時對外宣稱為新編法律，當時新黨或還在籌備的親民黨成員曾經有提出攻擊，中國時報的報紙上好像也有評論報導文章。
4. 另外一件值得提的事，是台灣微軟的社群，我在社群分類的組織、民權的分類下有個人的討論區，時間在美國44任總統歐巴馬先生就任前，大約是2009年2月左右，我把中華民國法律上我的法官身份來源法條與當時政治環境背景貼在真善美為抬頭的個人網頁討論區上，在幾個月之內，台灣微軟社群就以設備更新名義關閉該社群討論區了！雖然事實上台灣僅僅是遠東亞洲的一個島嶼，除了國際貿易分工體系經濟實力外，在國際政治舞台上或許沒有那麼重要的角色，也許是因為國際上與台灣互動上其他的原因造成該網頁社群討論區的關閉，但是在時間點的先後順序上就是這樣子的！

New York and Taipei Story(11), February 2010.
Many many skyscrapers in the New York City, including the Empire State Building, the Rockefeller Center, and the 911 terrorist attack collapsed WTC. In the summer of 1996, before I went for a sight-seeing of the World Trade Center Twin Buildings for an outlook upon the roof, I had been to roof of the Empire State Building, and also for the Amusement Park built within the skyscraper building. There was a 3D interactive amusement facility with the rolling and rocking chairs like Disney's Haunted House amusement facility in the Empire State Building. The main theme of that amusement facility movie was about the tour of Egypt, something looked like the Monopoly Video Game animation content, the character Sun Shao-May chasing the monopoly gold coin rolling down a hill, you know. The rolling and rocking movie watching chairs were ever introduced into Taiwan after the 921 Taiwan earthquake in 1999, and named as Earthquake Experiencing Equipment built into a rescue truck for school pupils to visit. Another stuff was that I have a backpack bought from CUNY Baruch College, the Staples store at Manhattan, on the school open day, which looked like the backpack in the movie, the Sleepless in Seattle, of the final scene on the roof of Empire State Building, which stars Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. The neon outside the skyscraper connected to be a moving heart shape and saying I Love New York City. As the Rockefeller Building, I have been to the Rockefeller Center Plaza once in 1996, there was Taipei Culture Center at New York Office in that plaza. I got a connected message in front of the door of the office of New York Taipei Culture Center. That message seemed to be from Madam Chiang Soong Mei-Ling who at the moment living at Long Island of New York State.
紐約市有很多很多，摩天大樓像是帝國大廈、洛克斐勒中心與911恐怖攻擊倒塌的世貿中心雙子星大廈。我在1996年到世貿雙子星觀景台參觀前，先去參觀了帝國大廈的屋頂觀景台，還有在10樓的主題樂園的遊樂設施。遊樂設施有點像3D立體的互動式動畫電影，再加上前後搖晃，有點像迪士尼的鬼屋遊樂設施的電影座椅，動畫內容是埃及之旅的風景畫面，有點像大富翁電子遊戲裡，孫小美追著金幣滾下山坡的那一幕場景。那樣前後搖晃的電影座椅在1999年台灣921大地震後有引入台灣，稱為地震體驗車的救難設備，提供小學生參觀體驗地震模擬。另外我在紐約市大開學日，在學校文具店購買的背包，看起來有點像西雅圖夜未眠的最後一幕，湯姆漢克斯與梅格萊恩的對手戲，在照相時背包忘在帝國大廈的屋頂上，但是最後以喜劇收場，霓虹燈連成一個令人感動的心形，還有我愛妳，我愛紐約字樣的結局。至於洛克斐勒中心，底層的廣場有紐約台北經濟文化新聞處的辦公室，在1996年時我曾到過辦公室門口一次，並且有些訊息，推測應是當時人在紐約長島的蔣宋美齡夫人發的訊息。
After I was dropped out of CUNY Baruch business graduate program at October 22, 1996. I was dating the Soochow University student Ms Lu. We had a lot of fun the following year before we parted. She drove a green Ford sedan, which was bearing the Plate number of my obligation military service control number, 43 and 79. That really, really was a coincidence. When we been to the theme park LeoFoo Village, I found that the new facilities of the theme park the same as those I experienced at Empire State Building in 1996 summer. That's all. Recent news update, the Metropolitan Museum of Art Curator died after the Mammoth came to Taiwan for exhibition last year. And another one died in today news, the author of the movie, Love Story, which renown for the actor saying, "Loves means never having to say you are sorry."
在1996年10月22日我從紐約市大遭強迫輟學回台北後，我和東吳大學的女生呂小姐交往，在一年多之後分手。她開著一台新的綠色的福特小轎車去外雙溪上課，車牌號碼恰巧是我的義務國民兵役管制號碼：43和79兩個數字，真是好巧喔。我們在那一年到台灣的風景區去玩的時候，在六福村主題遊樂園我發現新建的遊樂設施，與紐約市的帝國大廈內建的遊樂園設備看起來一模一樣呢！大概就是這樣子。最近的新聞簡報：去年來台灣中正紀念堂展覽的長毛象﹝猛瑪﹞的大都會博物館館長去世的消息；還有今天的新聞，愛的故事的電影中最著名的對白：愛是不用說抱歉！電影原著小說作者心臟病去世的新聞。

The prosecutor was from southern part of Taiwan, but had a cellular phone in 1994 the same as Ms. Eva Ivory's from east coast of USA, which she used to connect Madam Chiang Soong Mei-Ling at Long Island, New York, and recruits in states. At the time Taiwan Military Police Station only had so called B.B.Call, the pager device, you know. She was the few members at Taiwan who had the privilege to adjust the parameters of human laboratory, which was supposed to be a legacy from Ms. Eva Ivory. And the machines were supposed to be USA manufactured, which was the content I talked to former Texas governor Mr George W. Bush in 1994, and he replied to me with a not-as-you-think-so smile, sir.

HBR Case Study:
NutriSelect, a breakfast cereals, frozen desserts, packaged and health-conscious food company. Daniel Sestak, aged 43 took the rein for three months after NutriSelect CEO Michael Botolph died of a heart attack. Richard Wells is NutriSelect's CFO. Rena Singh is the COO. The company's financial situation makes Dan think over overpromoted and over his head. Was the fallout or CEO disease, even the organic food contract bailout making Dan an argument with his colleagues?
Daniel should tackle the challenge of developing strategy head-on by describing the underlying logic, story lines, decisions, and motives of all the players that are creating and capturing value in a business. True. When everybody have all seen the article on papers, and we know it's not easy for you to be a CEO backup in three months rather than five years. Looking for consulting advice from the board or school classmate of Ivy League B school was a wise move, boosting morale and confidence for a while at least. But remember to read the messages between the lines. Don't misread and misunderstand the nuance of words conveyed. Strike a niche does not necessarily need a diversified Plan B. It was just the strategy success made by Michael to invest in technology and R&D supporting the company's past financial performance. Daniel should find ways to meet half with this profit and budget issue presented by the CFO, Richard Wells, as an overhaul of the company finance. If Dan admitted that he was in over his head and needed Rena and Richard guidance, it is a honorable behavior and show us modesty as a true leader to shoulder the responsibility of CEO. We cannot dismiss Dan just he want in control by taking a firm stand. What if the bailout cannot be sought from CFO Richard, why don't Dan seek bailout from the Ivy League B school classmate? Shall these mentioned have all failed, we would have remembered the teaching from former president Mr. Bill Clinton, face the music and don't be evil to play trick. That's the fate and that's your destiny. You will be all right, then, little one. Then you shall have the courage and confidence to be qualified to be the CEO, for him, Daniel, and the company, you know.

Message, Date:1996, Content: Mrs. J. Rebeca Covey of the message informed 1996 at New York City as an F1-Student Visa status, she was said to be detained by NYPD or Illinois State Police or maybe confined at a military occasion, therefore wished to identify a state law code breaking suspect outside her establishment. I was at the time paralleled by that events but with a consulting books client relationship. Another possible scenario was that Mrs. J. R. Covey at 1996 summer wished to identify the person who involved with the drop-death case of USA Sergeant Eva Ivory in 1994 Taipei City. Then African ethnic Illinois Senator Mr Barack Obama came to the school open day ceremony of CUNY Baruch College. Then Illinois Senator Mr Barack Obama told us that he was here to find Mr. George W. Bush to resolve his personal problem. Because Mr George W. Bush was jobless since the loss of Texas governor election and came to CUNY along with aunt Hillary, I think then Senator Obama was the one identified by Mrs J. R. Covey to the state police. The Covey Jr. in his book, The Speed of Trust, illustrated a story seemed to do with this, saying one day his father old Covey drove car on the highway and dropped his mother to the police for calling 911, he alone driving non-stop and went to something like Minnesota State from Florida. The New York Times Best Selling Novelist Mr Stephen King had some criticizing messages about Dr Stephen Covey and his Consulting Books, for the limit of paragraph reserved the content here. According to 2002 Taiwan local English newspaper, the Taipei Times, which I read at ELSI language school classroom with the Pennsylvania State University alumni, a New Yorker teacher, Ms Claire R Macabre, I remember that the newspaper said the Holland Foreign Minister Mr Kirby died at the ceremony outdoors scene, but I had drugged by prescription chemicals for years and therefore did not have related memory connected with the news at the moment, sir.

Message, Date:1999, Content: The California Orange County teenager Ms Lily King in early October 1999, had flown to Guam by US special attack helicopter, maybe the Black Hawk, when she took a route opposite to her way home and met half way by the helicopter. The Hsin-Chu City police station PR agency made an international telephone call to California for Lily's grandparents to inform that the girl registered at NCTU university had missed after the 921 Taiwan Earthquake, and on-line they made a reference to me, at the moment serving as assistance engineer of the building at Mitac International Corp., Taipei City, because I ever been to YWCA Taipei City at 1991. Ms Lily King seemed to fly Japan from Guam by Japan Asia Airways, then to fly New York City by United Airlines. She was supposed to get that Taiwan Police international telephone call with handshaking message when landing at New York City. Therefore she went to find her sister Elizabeth King of Emerson College and Baruch Graduate School, then came back to California but without dropping by her grandparents' house.

She even made a handshaking message to me in 2004 with her cellular phone number read to me, which the dead sergeant Eva Ivory posted on newspaper years ago, when I was still driving my Toyota Altis to Hsin Chu City writing my Tamkang University graduate thesis. I cannot make out who she was at the moment, then quickly responded that I cannot use that kind of handshaking message for official purpose because it was proved to be dangerous. But the Woman Association members at Taipei City laughed at me to say that I was not bright enough to date with Ms Lily or something like that, sir.

Happy New Year and Congrats!
I would like to submit another piece of information about 1996 summer my CUNY graduate business program study. I strongly considered it is a matter of fact that the former Taipei Legislator Wu Shu-Chen and her spouse Mr Chen Sui-Bian, the Taipei Mayor-elected, and the NYU law school, Harvard Law School alumni, Dr Ma Ying-Jeou of KMT, were all there in 1996 at New York City, but without attending that Baruch College school open day, you know.
At December(November) last year, 098/11/26 @ 12:09, I sent a e-mail documents to the Harvard Law School alumni, the Justice Yuan Chief Mr Lai Ying-Chao, saying that Mr Edk had a bad mouth to suggest me back to Taipei, it was supposed to be the occasion when I studied the Organizational Behavior curriculum with so-called DIVERSITY technique, sir. And I remember that a Taiwanese supposed to be put to death upon that DIVERSITY technique on the graduate school textbook, and the addressed as Taiwanese Human Rights Fighter by NY local Chinese community and Taiwan Association of America, TAA, Mrs Wu Shu-Chen was one of that New York City, put-to-death decision notifying Taiwanese official, sir.
I strongly consider that this death sentence of TAA Taiwanese is the direct reason for my drop-out of CUNY Baruch, sir. Thats not very fair for aftermath drugged and law-interests deprived at Taipei, a local NCTU university graduate, sir.

Novel
Recently I read four Stephen King's novels. I have read Lisey's Story, Cell, Duma Key and Just After Sunset. The Harvard Business School alumni consultant Stephen Covey wrote in his book that his wife wanted him to read some novels. At that time I only had Stephen King's years-ago novel, Different Seasons. They are all New York Times Book Review's Best Seller novels.
President Obama said in the morning news of ICRT, "...I want jobs, and I want it right now." The depression economic policy is echoed.
On Monday morning when the Library is closed, I go to Starbucks Coffee nearby to read Apple Daily.

Secretary Hillary's Birthday
Tomorrow is Secretary Hillary Clinton's birthday. I sent an e-mail to greet her on the Secretary of State website contact and comment form. Before I sent that e-mail greeting letter, I spent an hour, watching her July 15th "Council on Foreign Relationship." She spent half an hour addressing the USA foreign policy, including the policy toward Pakistan, Afghanistan, and so on. Then she took questions from the audience with the assistance of the council chairman, looked a little like vice president Joe Biden but with black thin hair.
She dressed in a blue suit with gold earrings and necklace, shining with her blond hair. The speech had a deja vu feeling with the 1996 CUNY

Baruch College School Open Day speech. She also mentioned the relationship with Europe, the NATO. And we know her husband, former president Bill Clinton majored in International Foreign Relationship in George Town University. She mentioned former Secretary of State Albright in the speech as well. I remember the last question she took was about "Shen Jing Bing", which I think that was Chinese, reflecting her topic previously, "It Took A Villiage."
PS. On the TV in restaurant after watching the speech at internet cafe near my house, I saw First Lady Michelle cut a short pretty haircut.
PS2. Another topic of the speech was "Task Oriented" vs. "Relationship Oriented" characters, contrasting man vs. woman leading style.
